Terms and Conditions
1. When a booking is taken, a 50% deposit (non refundable) is required this guarantees the following:
i. Your date is then booked into our diary and can not be double booked
ii. Your card stock and embellishments are secured
iii. Your order is guaranteed to be completed.
If no deposit is given and samples are asked for we will charge £5.00 for the first three and then £5.00 per sample afterwards. This charge will be counted towards the whole order if order is placed.
However if no deposit is made you may not be able to book the time slot.
2. When the order is processed, and the invitations are ready then you will be contacted and payment of the balance is required. Cheques should be made payable to Cards to Go.
It Must be pointed out that if Order Of Services are ordered at the time of invitations the balance must still be paid, If you order these after the invitations then they must be paid for a week before they are ready to be dispatched.
3. Information for table plans, Order OF Services, menus etc must be given as soon as possible, when the order is placed, we will work out the latest the information must be with us
4. Due to the nature of being Bespoke and handmade, there will be slight variations on the cards, however we feel this is what makes them special and unique.
5. Cancellation of an order must be given in writing. In the event of an order being cancelled all completed work that exceeds the deposit must be paid for.
